A surprise birthday delight!
We arrived to a warm greeting and found a birthday cake waiting in our gorgeous room. The views of Auckland were amazing, and breakfast was a feast for the senses.
The check-in process was chaotic due to cruise passengers arriving at the same time, made for a lengthy wait. It was frustrating but didn't overshadow the overall experience.

The bed, the bathrooms, the comfort, the decor, the staff, the spa and pool
Had to call house-keeping 3 times to get wine flutes and extra wine glasses delivered to the room. The sauna wasn't working when we were there....

Good sized unit with a great decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was great value for money and sumptuous. Private parking on street provided.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I enjoyed
I was under 18 when I booked the room via the internet, and when checking in was told I could not stay at the hotel without someone over 18. Fortunately the person I was staying with was 19, however I feel this condition should be made clear at the time of the booking. If there was no one with me, I wouldn't have been able to stay. Also I believed I had booked a room with a bath in the brief of the room I had booked. Room 1, Residence Guest Room Unique outlook of Auckland City or the harbour from the private 7-sq.-metre balcony of a spacious 31- to 34-sq.-metre room. Enjoy the generous work area with high-speed wireless Internet access, plus bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower. Bedding configuration is 1 king bed OR 2 Single beds.

The Staff were all polite & friendly, the room was clean tidy, there was always a taxi outside when we wanted one, excellent location.
My wife & I had an evening meal in the restaraunt & my wife ordered a beef burger which had no taste & was very dry, I had a mouthfull & was of the same opinion ( & I love Beef ) needless to say she didn't eat the beef pattie.I had ordered the chicken tika masala & that was excellent :)

great service, beautiful decor and surroundings, comfortable rooms, and fantastic leisure facilities.
a little hard to find if you are new to the city, self parking at 15 dollars was a chore as hard to find a park when you arrive in the evening. The bar is an extension of the lobby and waiting area and the restaurant is adjacent so lots of people walking by checking in with luggage, not very relaxing if you want a quite drink or meal a bit too open i thought but very nice decor.

This hotel was just a proper fit for a city trip in Auckland with value for money. The doormen were really good, warmly cute my kids and engaging with their excitement. Consider asking about room amenities upon check-in to make your stay smoother.

Location was good, breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and nice. Spa was good.
Room was not clean, shower had mould, really more of a 4 star and not up to Pullman standard. When I checked in I had to prove the package I had booked to get it, and again on check out same process - needed proof. I would not stay there again, a clean room is important to me. Executive Club lounge was awful, we walked in and walked out again. No Food or even biscuits for the coffee, and shabby to boot.

Inside the room was quite and we like the beds.
Bath room is kind of small & the hotel is located on the up hill from the shopping area, so it's a bit of tiring to walk up and down to get to the restaurants or the shoppings.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Superior King Room and loved the indoor pool and sauna for some much-needed relaxation. The gym is well-equipped was good. The only thing I'd suggest is to improve the layout of the breakfast area as it felt a bit cramped during peak hours 😊

It has good sized and well-stocked rooms with separate lounge and coffee. Would return there, no complains at all, GREATly enjoyed our stay.

How nice our room was and all the facilities that Pullman offer. Also the location, close enough to walk to the Vector Arena and CBD. The room i booked off Booked.net is what we got. The room had everything we needed for our one night stay. Also the valet parking was great, didnt have to worry about the car for the weekend.
